Refund Policy

If you would like to return an item: You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased: Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase; Are not the same as the description provided by the sales person or advertisement; Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or Do not do the job as you were led to believe. You are not entitled to a refund if you: simply change your mind or no longer want the goods; realize you can't afford the goods; found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere; choose the wrong size or colour; knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or were responsible for causing the fault.

We will refund items if the item is not as described or faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility and will be refunded once the item is confirmed as faulty or not as described.

If you return an item and falsely claim it is faulty or not as described you will be required to pay all costs associated with the returned item, the cost of return Postage and administration handling costs. We will not accept any returns if you simply change your mind.

You must advise that you wish to return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
